Clippers Trade for Bogan Bogdanović from Hawks in Three-Player Swap

The LA Clippers made a key acquisition by adding guard Bogdan Bogdanović in a trade with the Atlanta Hawks just before the NBA trade deadline.

The Clippers sent guard-forward Terance Mann and guard Bones Hyland to Atlanta. LA will also receive three future second-round picks from the Hawks as part of the reported deal.

The Clippers land another versatile guard in landing Bogdanović. The Serbian sharpshooter is averaging 10.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.0 assists with the Hawks this season. Bogdanović spent the last five seasons in Atlanta, helping the team reach the Eastern Conference Finals in 2021.

Mann joins the Hawks after spending his entire career (six seasons) with the Clippers. The 6-foot-5 guard/forward is averaging 6.0 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 37 games (12 starts) this season.

Hyland reportedly heads to Atlanta after playing more than two seasons in LA. Selected 26th overall by the Denver Nuggets in the 2021 NBA Draft, Hyland is averaging

7.2 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists with the Clippers this season.
