James showed off his shooting skills by going 10-for-22 from the field, with an impressive 5-for-11 from the 3-point range. He also contributed three assists, two rebounds, and two steals in South Bay's second victory of the season. However, the standout moment of the game was his game-tying poster dunk that electrified the 623 fans in attendance, bringing them to their feet in excitement.

Late in the third quarter, James brought the ball up the court, dribbled around a screen by Christian Koloko and drove down the lane for a thunderous dunk over Sterling Manley.

“It felt great, it’s a highlight reel,” James said of his monster dunk. “Not much you can say about that, it was just crazy.”

Inspired by the poster slam, South Bay ended the third quarter on a 9-4 run and stayed in front for nearly all of the fourth quarter.

Quincy Olivari added 20 and seven rebounds off the bench, while Koloko scored 16 with 10 rebounds.
