Mehidy Hasan Miraz returns as Bangladesh announces squad for T20I series against India

New Delhi: India and Bangladesh are currently engaged in a series of 2 test matches. Following this, both teams will face off in a series of 3 T20 matches. Bangladesh has revealed their 15-member squad for the upcoming T20 series, with the return of Mehdi Hasan Miraz catching the attention of fans. Miraz, who has been absent from T20I matches since last year, will be looking to make an impact in the upcoming series.

It is worth mentioning that Miraz has missed the last 24 matches in this format. Even after his absence from the T20Is, Miraz has remained an important player for Bangladesh in both Test and ODI cricket. Joining Miraz in the recalls are opener Parvez Hossain Emon and left-arm spinner Rakibul Hasan. The three-match T20I series is slated to start from October 6.
